  2. Services offered through DegreeLabs are exclusively available to Indian students and universities.
  3. Participation in programs may require users to comply with additional terms set by collaborating universities or organizations.
  1. DegreeLabs Fee
  1. DegreeLabs has arrangements (directly/indirectly) with the universities. DegreeLabs earns after the successful enrollment of a student in a university, or program as per their norms.
  2. Terms and Conditions related to specific services apply as communicated during enrollment.

III. Student Authorization

  1. The student agrees to authorize DegreeLabs as his/her agent to assist with applications and other admission-related services.
  2. The student agrees to change his/her agent to DegreeLabs in case another agent was previously authorized.
  1. Messaging Rights

By signing up with DegreeLabs, the customer authorizes and gives consent to receive information, alerts, SMS, and other messages or commercial communications from time to time through DegreeLabs or third-party service providers on the listed telephone numbers. This applies whether these numbers are registered with the National Do Not Call Registry or listed in the National Customer Preference Register or not. The customer cannot hold DegreeLabs or its third-party service providers liable or institute complaints under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference (TRAI) Regulations 2010.

Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of DegreeLabs’ services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
